How can we help?

Getting started and trials

Choose Start free trial on usemonograph.com and enter your email. We send you a sign-in link, so there is no password to set.

Your card is saved at checkout but nothing is charged during the trial. Polar emails you before your first payment, and if you cancel before the trial ends you won't be charged.

The trial includes everything in Monograph Core: Brain, Create with AI writing help, scheduling, the calendar and analytics for your personal LinkedIn profile.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

The free trial lasts 7 days. A card is needed to start it, but you are not charged the normal price during the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription continues at the price agreed at checkout: $19.99 USD per month, billed monthly, or $199 USD per year, billed yearly, plus applicable taxes. It renews for that period until you cancel.

To stop before you are charged, cancel from Plan & account → Card, invoices and cancellation before the trial ends. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

Open Create and start typing, or continue from an idea saved in Brain. Your draft saves as you go.

You can ask for help with a hook, a shorter version or a rewrite. You review every suggestion before it replaces your text, and nothing is published just because AI wrote it.

When you are happy, connect your personal LinkedIn profile and choose Publish now or Schedule post. You can publish text posts and single-image posts.

Billing and plans

There is one plan, Monograph Core, at $19.99 USD per month, or $199 USD per year if you choose annual billing. It starts with a 7-day free trial.

Prices in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

See pricing for the details.

Go to Plan & account and choose Card, invoices and cancellation. This opens the Polar customer portal, where you can cancel. You don't need to contact us.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access normally continues until the end of your trial or the billing period you have already paid for, unless something else is shown when you cancel. There is no cancellation fee.

Cancelling does not delete your account, drafts or Brain items. Paid features, including AI help, publishing and scheduling, become unavailable when your access ends. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

Except where required by law, where the service has not been provided, or where we expressly agree otherwise, subscription fees for a billing period that has already begun are generally non-refundable.

We may consider discretionary refunds where circumstances reasonably justify one, including obvious duplicate charges, billing errors or serious service failures. Any approved refund will be processed through Polar rather than paid directly by Readylog Ltd.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer right. If you are a UK consumer, you may in some circumstances have a statutory right to cancel an online service contract during a 14-day cooling-off period.

To ask, contact support@usemonograph.com from the email address associated with your Monograph account. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant subscription or payment, such as the billing date or Polar order/receipt information. Do not send full payment-card numbers.

The full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

Go to Plan & account and choose Card, invoices and cancellation. This opens the Polar customer portal, where you can change your card and billing details.

If a payment fails, Plan & account shows "Your card needs updating". AI help, publishing and scheduling pause until the payment goes through.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

Polar is the Merchant of Record for Monograph, so invoices and receipts come from Polar and include any applicable taxes.

You can find them in Plan & account → Card, invoices and cancellation, which opens the Polar customer portal.

Connecting LinkedIn

Choose Connect LinkedIn in Monograph. You sign in on LinkedIn's own authorisation screen and approve access, then you come back to Monograph. You never enter your LinkedIn password into Monograph.

Connect LinkedIn is on the setup step, in Create, and from LinkedIn in the account menu. Monograph only uses this connection to publish and retrieve supported post data.

Monograph connects one personal LinkedIn profile. Company pages aren't supported.

You can use Brain and Create before connecting. You only need LinkedIn to publish or schedule.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

Not at the moment. Monograph publishes to one personal LinkedIn profile only.

If X support matters to you, tell us through chat or at support@usemonograph.com.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

If Monograph shows that LinkedIn isn't connected, choose Connect LinkedIn again and approve access on LinkedIn. Your drafts and scheduled posts in Monograph stay saved.

You'll also need to reconnect if you disconnected LinkedIn yourself, or if you restore your account after asking to delete it.

Creating and scheduling posts

In Create, choose a date and time for your draft. Monograph suggests a few times, or you can pick your own.

A post can be scheduled from 10 minutes to 30 days ahead. Scheduled posts appear on your calendar, where you can reschedule or cancel them before they go out.

Text posts and single-image posts can be scheduled. Your personal LinkedIn profile needs to be connected first.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

Yes. Open the scheduled post and edit it. Your edits save on this device as you type, and the scheduled post only changes when you update it.

Editing closes 10 minutes before the post goes out.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

Posts are scheduled in your device's time zone. The schedule picker shows which zone it is using, for example "London time (GMT)", next to the time you pick.

If you travel, check the zone shown in the picker before you schedule.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

If LinkedIn has a brief hiccup, we retry automatically. If a post still can't publish (for example, your LinkedIn connection has expired), we'll email you so you can reconnect and try again.

Writing Voice

We save only a short summary of how you write and the rules you set. The posts, answers or file you share are used to build that summary and aren't saved in your Monograph account.

Updated 26 Oct 2026

Monograph doesn't train AI models on your writing. To build your voice and give AI help, your text is sent to our AI provider to process the request.

Updated 26 Oct 2026

Go to Plan & account, find Writing style, and choose Delete, then Delete voice. This removes your summary and rules.

Updated 26 Oct 2026

Because we don't save them. To change your voice, choose Start again and share a few posts or answer three quick questions.

Updated 26 Oct 2026

Yes. Choose Start again and share a few posts or answer three quick questions. Editing your rules yourself is separate from building your voice again.

Updated 26 Oct 2026

Not right now. Each account has one voice. You can turn it on or off for a single session from the Create page.

Updated 26 Oct 2026

Brain

Brain is where you keep ideas, notes, excerpts, transcripts and links, all in one simple box.

Brain can summarise saved text and suggest three post angles you can continue in Create. Links stay clickable, but Monograph doesn't read or analyse linked pages.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

Build on this post writes one new draft based on a post you already have. You choose a direction: Go deeper (expand one useful idea), Make it practical (turn it into advice, steps or a framework) or Fresh perspective (approach the same topic from a different angle).

The new draft is yours to edit before publishing.

Account and data

Download my data is on Plan & account, while you are signed in. It prepares a zip of your account email and profile, posts, post metrics, follower counts, Brain notes, LinkedIn connection details without access tokens, support tickets, the billing status Monograph holds, AI usage, connected agents, your writing profile, trial emails we sent, and any deletion or download requests. Chat transcripts are not included. Post images are included up to 40 files and 20 MB. Images past that limit are left out.

The download link lasts 24 hours. You can request one export every 24 hours. If a download is still being prepared, you can try again after 15 minutes. We email "Your export is ready" from Monograph <noreply@notify.usemonograph.com>, with the same link. A failed export is not emailed. If the email cannot be sent, the link on the page still works. Invoices stay with Polar and are not attached.

Updated 25 Oct 2026

Delete account is on the same page. You confirm by typing DELETE. If you have not signed in during the last 10 minutes, you sign in again first. We then sign you out of Monograph on every device.

The request cancels the Polar subscription immediately, so there are no further charges. Signing back in does not start the subscription again. Scheduled posts are cancelled, LinkedIn is disconnected, and connected agents are revoked at the time of the request.

Deleting your account ends your access immediately. Unused time on a paid period is not automatically refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights, and you can contact us to ask for a review.

You have 30 days to change your mind. Signing in before that period ends restores the account. LinkedIn has to be connected again. After those 30 days, an hourly job permanently erases the login and the posts, notes, metrics, support tickets, profile, uploaded images, and export files that belong to it. Signing in does not bring them back.

We email "We've received your deletion request" when you ask, from Monograph <noreply@notify.usemonograph.com>. Sign in within 30 days to restore the account. We email "Your account is deleted" when the erasure has finished. After that letter is sent, or if the address cannot receive mail, we remove the email address from the deletion request. If sending fails, the address stays until a later run can send it, and the account stays deleted.

Cancelling your subscription on its own doesn't delete your account. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept and for how long.
